  • Our team development engagements go beyond traditional training—they’re built to create lasting transformation.

At Mettise, we don’t deliver one-size-fits-all sessions. We partner with organizations to design intentional, multi-session journeys that develop the leadership capacity of teams and individuals alike. Rooted in our proven frameworks and consistent tools, each engagement builds shared language, aligned behaviors, and deeper trust across the organization.

With every session, teams gain clarity, confidence, and practical strategies to address real-time challenges—while learning how to carry the work forward independently. We equip leaders not just to grow, but to sustain that growth long after our engagement ends.

The result? Aligned, resilient teams with the tools, mindset, and momentum to lead well—together.

  • Our team development engagements are designed to build lasting leadership capacity within mission-driven organizations.

At Mettise, we understand the unique challenges nonprofit teams face—limited resources, passionate stakeholders, and ever-growing community needs. That’s why our approach goes beyond traditional training. We design intentional, multi-session experiences that strengthen internal leadership, deepen collaboration, and equip your team to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

Using consistent tools and shared language, we guide your team through a learning journey rooted in real-world application. Each session builds momentum, fostering trust, alignment, and problem-solving that extends beyond the room.

We empower teams to continue the work—sustainably. Your leaders leave with practical strategies and a roadmap for continued growth, long after our sessions conclude.

The result? Stronger teams, more resilient organizations, and greater impact for the communities you serve.

  • Our group coaching experiences offer a structured, safe space for professionals to apply what they’re learning to the realities of their roles, teams, and organizations. Each session includes intentional pre-work to spark reflection and readiness—so participants come prepared to go deeper.

Led by expert facilitators, group coaching focuses on real-time problem-solving, shared insight, and practical application. It's not about theory—it’s about what actually works.

Participants gain clarity, confidence, and momentum—and perhaps most importantly, the assurance that they are not alone. In every session, they’re surrounded by a trusted group of peers walking through similar challenges, learning together, and growing forward—together.

  • Our ½ or full day one-time team leadership sessions deliver high-impact learning in a focused, energizing session. Whether you need a workshop on communication, collaboration, leadership skills, or a custom topic, we design an engaging experience that gives your team practical tools they can use immediately. It’s the perfect way to build momentum, spark new thinking, and elevate team performance—without a long-term commitment.

High-Impact Leadership Topics

We focus on the leadership topics that make the greatest difference—on the ground and at the top. Every session we lead is intentional, actionable, and tailored to create momentum where it’s needed most. Our goal is to equip leaders not just with insight, but with the ability to apply it confidently in the moments that matter.

“The single biggest way to impact an organization is to focus on leadership development.

There is almost no limit to the potential of an organization that recruits good people, raises them up as leaders and continually develops them.”
