What is LEAP?
LEAP (Learn, Excel, Achieve, Perform) is a structured 6-month leadership development program concluding with a capstone project and presentation demonstrating how they’ve applied key learnings. LEAP is designed to strengthen core leadership skills, build confidence, and foster meaningful connections with other leaders. Each month includes:
Commitment:
A 3-hour in-person session
Prework (30 minutes or less) to prepare for each session
Small group accountability meetings between sessions for deeper learning and connection
-
This program is ideal for leaders who manage others, whether that’s an internal team, contractors, or vendors.
-

“I am a much more confident leader because of this training with Mettise. As a leader of a small organization, it can often feel lonely, and this cohort gave me a room to share concerns and grow as a director.”
“I feel like I can now be an effective leader to my team, not just a supervisor. And also become a better influence for positive change in the organization.” -
